Abstract Submission

Participants who wish to present an oral or poster presentation should submit an abstract by the deadline.

Submission Guidelines

  • Presentation types: Oral presentation or poster presentation
  • Abstract length: maximum 300 words
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords
  • Language: English
  • Submission deadline: March 31, 2027

Presentation Guidelines

Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

  • Time: 20 minutes total — 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A and transition.
  • Computer: Presentations must be delivered using the provided Windows desktop.
  • File Format: PowerPoint is strongly recommended for compatibility.
  • Upload: Please upload your presentation to the provided computer by the afternoon before your session.
  • Support: Session convenors will assist with uploading your presentation.
  • Backup: Please bring a backup copy of your presentation on a USB memory stick.

Poster Presentations

  • Poster Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm / 33.1 × 46.8 in), portrait orientation.
  • Poster Number: Please check your poster number and place your poster on the corresponding poster board before your presentation day.
  • Display Schedule:
    • Odd-numbered posters: Monday–Tuesday
    • Even-numbered posters: Wednesday–Thursday
  • Poster Presentation:
    • Odd-numbered posters: Monday, 17:30–20:00
    • Even-numbered posters: Wednesday, 14:30–17:00
  • Presentation Day: Each poster will be presented on one designated day only.
